Inside the château, you will find a cozy library and an elegant wine lounge, which spills out onto a glorious terrace and stunning views of the Dordogne valley. COUZE ET SAINT FRONT
A charming village located on the Dordogne River, Couze is conveniently situated between Bergerac and Sarlat. Only a 5 minute stroll from the chateau, Couze offers three excellent restaurants, two bars, two small grocery shops, a pharmacy and local walks, amongst other facilities. The town is also home to Moulin de la Rouzique Econo-Musée du Papier, an interactive museum which recounts Couze’s place at the heart of paper making in France. Join the residents of Couze for a lively evening of local food, wine, and music during one of the bi-weekly summer night markets.
