Our gite complex comprises of a 3 bedroomed cottage and 2, two bedroomed gites - all providing comfortable and affordable accommodation with Televisions (UK & French channels) and WIFI Internet connection. Each gite boasts it's own private area with garden furniture, great for relaxing. The gites are set in just under an acre of gardens, with a shared above ground swimming pool (8m x 4m) and other activities including a table tennis, table football, trampoline, a swing and plenty of space for children to keep busy. They gites are available to rent individually or together for group bookings. We can accommodate from 2 to 14 people & baby (safety gates, cot, highchair, pushchair and baby bath available).

Tranquille Vienne Gites are situated close to the Charente/Limousin border and only 5km away from the local market town of Chabanais which is host to numerous shops, bars, fine restaurants and the weekly French market, every Thursday. Confolens is 15 minutes away, St Junien 20 minutes and Limoges Bellegarde Airport is 35 minutes.

There is an abundance of great activities for guests, including golf, walking, cycling. Other attractions close by include the Velo Rail, Aventure Parc or if you’re into watersports then be sure to visit the River in Exideuil.


CONFOLEN GITE: Our 3 bedroomed gite comfortably accommodates up to 6 people + baby. The property provides high quality accommodation yet retains many of it’s original features and character.


Ground Floor :

- Living Room with TV (French & UK television available), DVD, wood burner, books and games
- Kitchen, fully equipped to include fridge, gas oven & hob, microwave, iron, ironing board, tea towels, kitchen roll.
- Bathroom with Massage Power Shower with seat, WC and washbasin.
- Third bedroom with single bed, with 2nd pullout bed underneath.


First Floor:
- Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and Hair Dryer.
- 2nd Bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe.
- WC and washbasin.

Garden: with table, chairs and parasol; off-road parking to the front or rear. Barbeque and an above ground swimming pool. Pushchair, highchair and cot are available if required.
