Lovely garden studio apartment located in Central Cannes, just off the Boulevard de la Croisette towards the Palm Beach end. The holiday property is situated within a few minutes of the famous La Croisette sandy beaches, great restaurants and the well known Place de L'Etang.

Renovated totally in 2015 with new kitchen and all furnishings and landscaped garden. The setting is fantastic and there is no need to have a car on the holiday. However, we do have private parking for those who are driving. The apartment one block from La Croisette and a short walk to Rue d'Antibes the main shopping street and is placed ideally for conference delegates as we are within easy reach of the Palais du Congress. The Palais du festival is a 10-15 minute walk along the beach promenade.

This very private garden studio can accommodate up to 2- 4 people with a double bed and sofa bed for max 2 small children and enjoys a private terrace and enclosed garden. It is ideal for those who want a relaxed holiday with no traffic noise as we are in a private, exclusive gated road & you can enjoy the peace and quiet, although several local supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, butcher are within a few minutes walk.


The studio is furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail and it comprises a fully fitted American kitchen. TV with some satelite channels DVD player available too.
