This wonderful house has magnificent panoramic views of the charming port of Aber with a terrace both upstairs and a second terrace in the garden. Set in an environment of peace and tranquillity our guests can enjoy the night against a living panorama off the sea. Sit and relax as you listen to the sound of the waves and enjoy the lighted beacons and the slow movement of fishermen and boaters along with the light.

Inside this 4 bedroom home you will find a spacious living area with sofas, TV with satellite / cable channels, DVD player and a selection of games for you to enjoy during your stay.

The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you should require including a hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, pantry items, dishwasher, and a range of dishes & utensils. A larger table and seating for up to 10 guests can be found in the dining area with a child’s highchair available.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, there is a total of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed along with a second bedroom that also has a double bed. The third bedroom has twin beds with the final bedroom having 4 single beds. There are 2 spacious shower rooms both with wash basins and 2 separate toilets.

Outside you can enjoy the first floor balcony or the wonderful garden terrace both of which are well equipped with garden furniture and offer fantastic views. There is also a garden area and a bbq that our guests are welcome to use during their stay.

The house is part of a private development, .This second deepwater port of Finistère is very popular due to its sailing school, and also snowboarders, kite-surfers, divers, and kakakistes. A supermarket, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of the house, the area is well known for its fantastic seafood restaurants. Both fisherman and hikers on foot can enjoy the GR 34 route that runs along the harbour. With La Baie des Anges and its spa and beach close by other nearby places of interest include the dunes and beaches of Ste Marguerite which are 2kms away, the equestrian centre 10kms away in the capital of Aber Benoit, St Pabu and finally Lanildut, the capital of Aber Ildut and the first port of France with its great Museum at approximately 15 kms away.

The Aber Wrac'h, is one of the the longest Abers and travels 33 km before emptying into the English Channel. A number of remarkable sites such as Lepont Devil (or Pont Krac'h), known since the dawn of time and Cézon island and fort from Vauban until the last war, demonstrated its strategic importance.
