There is much to explore in the surrounding area, it's just 30mins to Carcassonne and 10mins from Lake Montbel for Beach. Accommodation:

The villa is well equipped and comprises 2 double divan bedrooms and 2 twin rooms (can be put together) on separate floors. Each floor features a Bath or Shower Room & WC. Room for cot (available free of charge).
Guests can relax in spacious living room equipped with a woodburner, ideal for winter months. There is Wi-Fi, DVDs, books, games & Bluetooth speaker.
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, range cooker, coffee-machine & microwave. 

Outside:
The villa features a sunny terrace with BBQ & outdoor dining. Great for enjoying the evening sunsets. The garden is south-facing with large private pool (alarmed). Lock-up garage ideal for cyclists & motorcyclists. 

The property is warm & cosy with a woodburner & heating for a comfortable stay throughout the year. It is cool in summer with fans to all rooms. In the village, there are shops, festivals, food & fun. It's an easy walk to Bakery, Tennis court & a safe Playground in the village. We are situated near the Pyrénées, home to fantastic winter and summer activities. The villa is surrounded by sunflowers and is ideal for exploring the wooded hills.
