Old distillery located in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields at the edge of a wood our site presents six authentic independent cottages on a wooded and flowery land of 5200 m2. The property is halfway between SAINTES and ROYAN just 20 km from the beaches, less than 10 minutes from the supermarket of Saujon. Very well located for visiting the region we are also 30 minutes from the zoo of La Palmyre and Rochefort, 40 minutes from the distilleries of Cognac, 45 minutes from La Rochelle and its aquarium, 1h15 from Bordeaux and 1h20 from the Futuroscope of Poitiers.
Favorite place for the rest of adults and the happiness of children, our large heated pool (14mX7m) and paddling pool (6mX3m) are in the heart of a secure area with exotic vegetation.
Our independent cottages have their terrace and private garden area with garden furniture and barbecue. They all have a fitted and well equipped kitchen. Furnished and decorated by Isabelle, they contain everything necessary for you to feel at home.
We also offer free WIFI.
Site ideal for holidays with family or friends, our covered terrace with 6 picnic-tables allows friendly meetings.
The playground where children quickly make new friends is within sight of the terraces of the cottages. Our games room will also allow you to share good moments with them around table football, ping pong or billiards.
Very motivated, we are constantly improving our site and we do everything possible for the success of your vacation. Sheets provided, cleaning of departure, free loan of many equipment for the little ones, provision of toys are as many facilities very appreciated by all.
Resident on site we are at your disposal to advise you on the activities and places best suited for your family. We are also present to resolve any potential problem.

If you need to relax, it may prove difficult to tear yourself away from our large (14M x 7M), heated, floodlit swimming pool with children’s paddling pool alongside, also heated. The pools are well secured by a fence and self-closing gate, and this enclosed area has an abundance of exotic flowers and trees. There are sunbeds and umbrellas.
The pool is available every day from 10 am to 8 pm. Children under 12 must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
Outdoor playground - Large and fenced green ground, this space allows a lot of family games : ball, badminton, frisbee and even cricket.
Space for the youngest (less than 10) offers swings, small houses and many toys.
Our pool table is situated in the laundry room area and is available at a small charge. It couldn’t be used by young children without an adult.
Our Library is also in the same room than the laundry, adults and children could find here many books in English or in French if you want to improve your french.
Our games room has a tennis pong table and a baby foot, all the family can be amused.
The covered terrace with its picnic tables is adjacent to the games room, thus allowing adults to enjoy convivial moments while supervising the younger ones.
The laundry room is practical and convenient. We make a small charge of 6 € per load, we provide you with the laundry capsules.

Royan
The beautiful sandy beaches of the Côte de Beauté around Royan are a main feature of your holiday in this area. Ranging from the shallow estuarine beaches at Meschers to the surfing beaches of the Côte Sauvage (wild coast). There is also a Sunday morning market in Royan which is full of atmosphere and regional things to buy.
La Rochelle
Located just under an hour to the north with its historical buildings, restaurants, and famous aquarium. In our view it is one of the most beautiful ports in France. A day spent ambling amongst the shops and cafés may even be the highlight of your holiday.
The port was originally used for the export of wines and cognacs from the region and is steeped in history very much of the era of d’Artagnan and the three musketeers.
Cognac
Cognac, France offers world-renowned brandy distilleries, scenic vineyards, and rich heritage. Tour centuries-old houses like Hennessy or Rémy Martin, stroll along the Charente River, and explore historic architecture. Enjoy gourmet cuisine, lively festivals, and warm hospitality in this charming town at the heart of France’s celebrated Cognac-producing region.
Saintes
The impressive Roman town of Saintes with its remarkable amphitheatre and other Roman relics has the River Charente running through it. It features elegant buildings and floral parks encourage you to return after your first visit, and the daily markets provide a lively atmosphere and all the fresh produce you can imagine. A trip on the river with lunch has been enjoyed by many of our visitors.
