Modern Antibes Holiday Rental Apartment in Cote D’Azur, France
This recently built apartment is located in the centre of town and is ideal for a couple or a small family/group. The apartment is on the third floor, and is reached via a lift. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter.
The living room enjoys a sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table with four chairs, satellite television and a DVD player. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The open-plan kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including – fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine, kettle.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room can also accommodate two guests..
There is a balcony with a table and four chairs, where you’ll also find two recliners to relax on. The balcony is drenched in sun from morning to mid/late afternoon.
