Your holiday at Villa Quieta will allow you time to unwind in the tranquility of the Dordogne, though you will be able to enjoy a multi-interest break in one of the most beautiful regions of France.
Villa Quieta is perfectly situated right at the centre of a region that offers so much. We are only 8 kilometers from the medieval town of Sarlat and within walking distance of the River Dordogne, found adjacent to the Sarlat-Souillac cycle path. Our local village of Carsac is only just over one kilometre away. In addition, Domme, La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, and Beynac can all be regarded as local.
A little further afield you have Rocamadour, Les Eyzies, Montignac, Cahors, Bergerac, the Lot Valley and many others. All are less than an hour away, all are there to be discovered.

THE HOUSE
The property itself is ideal for your stay with us.
Two bedrooms accommodating a maximum of five people, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room.
A barbeque, the swimming pool, garden furniture, a beautiful garden.
All are provided to ensure that your stay with us is a memorable stay.

LOWER FLOOR
The lower floor of Villa Quieta consists of:
- the main lounge /dining room;
- one double en-suite bedroom;
- the fully equipped kitchen;
- a separate toilet/shower room.
​There is English satellite TV, a DVD player, an assortment of books.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor, accessed by either an internal spiral staircase or an external staircase, contains the second ensuite  bedroom.
There is also a terrace overlooking the countryside.

THE GARDEN
The property is situated in our private, large well kept, sun drenched garden.
The fresh water swimming pool is adjacent to the house.

INCLUDED
The rental of Villa Quieta is inclusive of the following: 
 - Bed linen (not towels);
 - A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.);
 - TV (English channels) & DVD player;

Where do we begin!
The Dordogne lends itself to cycling and walking. The river offers canoe ventures, boat trips, paddle boarding, and swimming. There are two adventure parks nearby. Vineyards, museums, world famous cave systems, the list goes on. We're more than happy to recommend ideas - We assure you, you won't get bored!
