The Ambiances & Destinations concierge service invites you to stay in a typical village house rental in Richelieu. This charming property is located in a small, warm and quiet street just a few steps from the Place de l'Eglise and the covered market.
The house has a surface area of 130m2 and comprises 3 bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 people.
Ideal for your stays with family or friends for a weekend or for the holidays thanks to its large living spaces.
Rare: a small sunny garden all afternoon.
The Accommodation:
Completely renovated in April 2024, the house is composed on the ground floor of a large living room and a dining room opening onto a small fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, etc.).
A laundry room is at your disposal with a large fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet.
Rare for the houses in the village, it has a small sunny garden all afternoon and equipped with garden furniture, a dining table and a plancha for grilling.
On the 1st floor, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms:
-A large bedroom of 35m2 with a king size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x200) which has its open shower room and separate toilet.
-A smaller bedroom with a double bed (140x200), ideal for teenagers or a couple.
-A bedroom with a king size bed (160x200) which can be separated into two single beds on prior request and its bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
The house has been designed as a family home, with all the essential equipment for adults and children:
Baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bath support, potty) and games and books for older children are at your disposal.
A television with international channels
Fiber and Wi-Fi. (We will not be held responsible and will not make compensation in the event of a breakdown linked to the operator)

Special Rental Conditions
Parking for your vehicle will be easy and free on the street.
Your arrival is scheduled from 5 p.m. and your departure at 11 a.m. at the latest.
The secure key box will allow you to be independent and arrive without any stress.
Camille and Julie will be available to guide you if necessary and you will have the access codes on the day.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible, on request and according to our possibilities, with supplement
Other remarks:
We provide bed linen and towels.
The beds will be made upon your arrival so that you can fully enjoy your stay without having to prepare them.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, however, we ask you to respect the work of our teams and leave the premises in a proper state of cleanliness. It will be your responsibility to:
- clean the plancha if used
- empty your dishwasher and do your dishes.
- take your glass bottles (containers located in the Intermarché car park) and take your bins out onto the street (having taken care to sort them).
- unmake your beds and group your dirty laundry.
- notify us of any breakages related to your stay so that we can arrange replacements in advance.
We ask you to be careful with our house as if it were your own; any breakages, damage or cleanliness issues may be charged to you.
We provide the basic necessities for the start of your stay, and it will then be up to you to add any additional items as needed.
