Special Rental Conditions
Prices are for 2 adults. For each additional adult or child, add £10 per week.
Telephone bookings will be held for seven clear days to allow for receipt of the completed booking form and the initial deposit. £150.00 deposit is payable with the final balance to be held against any breakages or damages.
Prices are inclusive of water, gas and electricity charges (where appropriate) in high season. Gas and electricity in all seasons will be metered on consumption.
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels are provided.
In the event of cancellation by the HIRER, a charge will be made as follows:
More than twelve weeks before the holiday......... 20% of the cost
twelve to eight weeks before the holiday.............. 50% of the cost
Less than eight weeks before the holiday......... 100% of the cost
