La Croix Verte is a recently converted traditional Cotentin stone cottage in the longere style. Newly refurbished to a high standard it can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and has a cot for babies/toddlers. On the ground floor are the living room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, DVD player and phone for incoming calls (free local and emergency calls), separate kitchen (2013) with dining area, and a shower room & adjacent WC.

A lobby area leads out to a new conservatory (2010) Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, two with double beds, the other with two single beds. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is ensuite with a bath. In addition to the wood-burning stove, the property has radiators. Wi-Fi / W-LAN available

The cottage has an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. A microwave is provided along with a hob, cooker and 2 fridge freezers. The private garden has a covered patio area with garden furniture, sun beds and a BBQ.
