For a wonderful and relaxing holiday rent, La Noix, our lovingly restored 17th Century holiday cottage in the stunning Loire Valley.
The cottage is situated 3km from the village of Parcay les Pins between the historic cities of Tours and Angers and within 20Km from the beautiful town of Saumur.
If you like to get out and about this area is ideal for cycling, walking, fishing and golf.
This beautiful home is available to rent all year round. It comprises 2 bedrooms sleeping 4-5 people with one double and a twin bedroom, plus an additional bed can be made up on the sofa bed in the lounge area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine.
Upstairs via a timber staircase you will find the double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with showering facilities.
Directly outside the cottage is a large paved BBQ area which is the perfect location to sit back and admire the surrounding scenery.
Within the ground you have access to a private area with sun loungers and seven person jacuzzi.
For families with children, there is a large grassed area where they can have hours of fun playing.
La Noix is nestled amongst apple orchards and gorgeous woodland countryside with amazing wildlife.
Sit amongst nature, enjoy the scenery, recharge your batteries and enjoy a glass of local wine.
Guests can enjoy the large decked area containing a severn person hot tub, sun loungers and a roofed area to provide shade in the warmer months, all in a private part of the garden.
At night this area makes a lovely spot for star gazing due to its unrestricted views and zero light pollution.

A beautiful, vibrant and lively city and well known for the good food offered in the many piazzas and also, it’s up-market shops.

There are many vineyards to visit in the Loire Valley and each offer their own experiences.

Cancellation made 30-60 days prior to your arrival, 50% refundable.
Cancellation made less than 30 days before your arrival is non-refundable.
We offer flexible check in dates to enable you to make use of the more economical travel mid-week. The cottage is available from 4pm (16.00) on the date of your arrival and we request that you vacant by 10am (10.00) on the morning of your departure.
We provide all linen, including bed linen and tea towels.
Rates are inclusive of all electricity and fuels costs.
We would highly recommend the need for your own transport to take full advantage of the area.
