Perfect stay in Nice in that villa!!

Our stay in Nice in that villa was really nice! We stayed one week and enjoyed the house with it's nice garden, the Jakuzzi and the swimming pool! the whole family was happy and enjoyed the stay!!

Everything was as described and the old town of Nice is nice to visit as well.

We can recommend the villa to any other guests & families!!

Nice location, beautiful views, very private other than owner who interupts with visits to private quarters.

Jacuzzi was not operating on our visit in 2006 and pool was not heated but that has been done now.

Lovely to access Nice so easily, excellent restaurants and supemarkets.

Die Villa liegt zentral auf einem Hügel von Nizza und bietet eine traumhafte Panorama Aussicht ( 360*). Blick auf Nizza , das Meer und die Hügel der Südalpen . Die Villa besitzt einen großzügigen solarbeheizten Pool mit Flachwasserbereich für Kleine Kinder. sowie einen Außen-Jacuzzi mitten im großen romantischen Palmengarten. In dieser herrlichen Atmosphäre kann man sich den ganzen Tag ungestört entspannen. Das Anwesen ist ruhig und nicht einsehbar.Es ist eine große komplett eingerichtete Küche vorhanden sowie 2 Grillplätze ein Gas- und ein Holzkohlegrill auf der Terrasse und im Garten. In der Villa befinden sich 4 Schlafzimmer mit Bad im Obergeschoss . Es befindet sich ein Freisitz unter einer Weinlaube die im Spätsommer Trauben trägt.Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine gemütliche Sitzecke sowie einen großen Fernseher und eine BO -Musikanlage für Innen und Außen . Hier kann man sich wunderbar erholen, unweit liegt Canne und Monaco sowie die italienische ligurische Küste mit Ihren beliebten Märkten. Wir waren schon drei Mal hier. Autentische Bilder im Inserat , die Wirklichkeit ist schöner. Gepflegte Gartenanlage , Übergabe durch den Eigentümer. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Bald sind wir wieder da.

Amazing villa with incredible view

Our stay was really amazing and the communication with the owner super easy!!

The house is very clean, big and the garden zith a Jakuzzi is awesome.

In addition we did a barbecue (everything is there) and ate the best fresh fish.

We can recommend that villa without any doubts!!!

Wonderful Villa

It was the second time we visited this wonderful villa. The villa is the most beautiful house we have ever visited. We have rented quite many villas and apartments during the past few years but they have not been as nice as this one.

The villa is very romantic, well furnished and in great condition. The garden is a paradise as you can see from the pictures. You can sit in the garden for hours just looking to the Nice city roofs and the blue sea. The view at night is breathtaking.

We are a family of 4 and it was luxury to have the whole villa only for us. It is a very good choice for 4 couples or 2 families.

We surely will return to Nice and to the villa. In fact the villa is the main reason to come back to Nice.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
