This beautifully furnished and charming holiday property is located along the Canal du Midi on 1 hectares of private land, featuring a swimming pool and spa. Gite Neroli accommodates up to 6 guests.

Domaine les Magasins is situated just few minutes away from Carcassonne, not far from Toulouse, between the Black Mountain ( la Montagne Noire ) and the Pyrenees. Our welcoming and charming gites (and bed & breakfast) will provide you with a wonderful base camp to explore this beautiful region. All of our cottages have been renovated to the highest standard to ensure you will have a memorable stay with us.

From the beginning of spring to the end of autumn, the swimming-pool is heated, so you can take advantage of it as much as you like! There is also a spa with jacuzzi for up to 5 people.

Local Attractions
The medieval City of Carcassonne, another historic jewel registered in the UNESCO world heritage, is built on the Gallo-Roman fortifications ruins. It has a double enclosure lined by a paved maze of nearly 3 km where we can find the 52 tours of the fortifications. During the summer season, the town hall organizes a cultural festival with music, dance and theater.
