La Grange is formed from part of an original old barn which has been tastefully converted into a 3 bedroomed gite, each with its’ own en-suite shower room. The bedrooms comprise of one double, one twin and one single room. The kitchen is well-equipped both for indoor and outdoor living and there is a generous sized lounge with French and English TV and wifi.
The property (collectively called La Ville), is situated within the small commune of Fauroux in the Tarn-et-Garonne, South West France. It Enjoys total peace and tranquillity, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside, which is mostly farming. Being in an elevated position, La Ville benefits from far-reaching views along a valley stretching from Valence d’Agen in the West to Lauzerte and beyond in the East.
The property also has a beautiful 11 x 5 metre swimming pool (shared use) which is surrounded by extensive grounds, a games room, and a badminton and pétanque court.
The area is glorious in all respects. The closest small town of Lauzerte, is designated as one of the most beautiful bastide towns in France. Here you can enjoy weekly markets, a drink in the town square or a meal in one of several local restaurants. A little further afield, is the county town of Montauban, and Agen within easy reach by car, both of which offer a full range of shops, restaurants and old centres with interesting architecture.
For those who prefer tranquillity, long walks or bike rides can be enjoyed from the property, with almost guaranteed wildlife being an accompanying feature, and very little traffic to interrupt the peace of the countryside.
There are two swimming lakes within 15 minutes of La Ville, which cater for families of all ages and further water sports facilities easily accessible by car.
During the summer months night markets are a popular way of spending an evening; sitting at long tables and enjoying a meal chosen from different food providers, often with some form of entertainment included.

Special Rental Conditions
All linen, except pool towels are included in the rental. For those staying for longer than one week, a change of linen is offered. Pool towels can be hired for a nominal weekly charge. A meal can be provided for the day of arrival, by prior arrangement. (18 euros two courses)
Guests should not arrive before 4.00pm on the day arrival and leave by 10.30 on the day of departure.
