when I was asked would I write a review? "of course" I said. Then I had selfish thoughts, you know what I mean,you find your own little spot of heaven and you really don't want to share it with anyone. If your idea of a holiday is peace and tranquility, doing very little and reading a book by the side of the pool ocassional forays for provisions or soaking up the history and magnificent architecture this is the place for you. I have stayed in two of the properties over a five year period and they have been teriffic for a family holiday.The wonderfull Erica and Tony are on hand to make sure that everything runs smoothly and are a great source of local knowledge. My only concern now is that I must remember to book early for next year in case to many of you read this review and beat me to it

Perfect location, except for the quality of the beds.
We had a great time, it’s a nice cute location, the house is well equipped, nice swimming pool. We considered the mattresses of the kids beds of a very bad quality. Old and cheap. The double bed should be changed into a boxspring bed 180*200 without any bed-end. If you take a shower, it’s leaking downstairs. If these two things would have been better, my rating would 5 stars for quality/price.

Perfect stay
For the second time, we stayed in the former stable for a quiet family holiday. The accommodation is well-equipped and functional.

Practical and user-friendly
Pleasant accommodation with two terraces: one sunny terrace by the pool and a more private, sheltered terrace. Almost fully equipped for a holiday; perhaps a microwave, a larger frying pan, and a vacuum cleaner could be added. Friendly interactions with the other guests; the children enjoyed playing with the other families' children.

Relaxing stay
Very friendly owners, they really did everything to make us feel comfortable, and especially to please the grandchild (18 months). The two terraces are a real plus. A major minus is that there is no air conditioning and you cannot ventilate the second bedroom; the window is meters high in the roof.
