Surrounded by nature and reserved exclusively for guests, it provides a peaceful setting to relax and unwind. The owners, experienced specialists in the restoration of traditional Dordogne homes, live nearby and are available if needed, while ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.

After leaving the Paris region in search of a quieter lifestyle, they discovered this beautiful corner of the Dordogne and now invite guests to experience the same sense of peace and tranquillity.

Indoor Heated Swimming Pool

One of Aqua-Gîte's standout features is its private heated indoor swimming pool, which can be accessed directly from the first-floor master suite as well as through secure entrances from the main living areas. Whatever the season, you can enjoy a relaxing swim in warm water without leaving the comfort of the house.

Spacious & Comfortable Accommodation

The cottage offers approximately 220m² of living space, including two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, mezzanine and an additional WC. From June 2026, the property will comfortably accommodate up to six adults and three children following its planned extension.

Families are well catered for, with a travel cot, highchair and baby bath available, while the ground-floor bedroom is ideal for guests with limited mobility.

Modern Facilities

Combining rustic charm with modern comfort, Aqua-Gîte features underfloor heating throughout, an efficient ventilation system and a cosy wood-burning stove. The contemporary kitchen includes a dishwasher, while a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are also provided.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, with 4G mobile coverage offering additional connectivity. For relaxing evenings, guests can enjoy a television with HDMI connectivity and a high-quality home cinema sound system.
