MANOIR – Luxury Boutique Holiday Home with Heated Pool in Bize-Minervois, South of France

In the 2023 season, we opened our second gem, MANOIR -Powered by Lieu- (that is our surnames Roger Lindelauf and Micky Eussen ).

A second luxury XXL boutique house with over 400 m² of living space, suitable for up to 15 people. Slightly larger than the LOFT and also ideal for friends or multiple families.

This large, stately country house , surrounded by a beautiful French garden, is situated right in the middle of a village. And what a village it is: Bize-Minervois. You won't find anything more French, with a weekly market, a few restaurants, an antique shop, a small bar for morning coffee, and of course, a fresh bakery, a small supermarket, and much more.

And... if you walk out the front door, within 5 minutes you'll have your feet in the Cesse, a super fun river where young and old come together to swim and picnic!

Our large, beautiful house exudes old-world charm, with original antique floors and fireplaces, ornate ceilings, stained-glass doors, and two balconies at the front and back made for a princess-worthy balcony scene.

We have furnished the house in a unique, warm, and stylish way. With a touch of kitsch, but certainly with art as well. But just like our LOFT, it is unique above all—not in the LOFT way, but in the MANOIR way.  In the bedrooms, we have hung wall-sized photos as eye-catchers, but certainly also as an ode to the surroundings, as they are all nearby spots you can visit.

In our kitchen and dining room, you will also find life-sized photos of homemade dishes. Thanks to our years of experience catering dinners in our former bed and breakfast, we are certain that these dishes are delicious and suitable for large groups.

On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen fully equipped for cooking for 15 people; those who do not cook can sit comfortably at the high bar table. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room with two long tables, each seating 8 people. In the old buffet cabinet, you will find beautiful glassware and other treasures, well over a hundred years old, that the previous owner bequeathed to us.

On the other side of the hallway, the 'old gentlemen's room' has been left in its stately state, where you can quietly read a book or gather comfortably with friends or family.

Furthermore, there are two bedrooms that share an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious third bedroom on the ground floor has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. (This bedroom is suitable for 3 people.) There is a general toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs you will find the lovely living room, ...large with lovely plush sofas and a smart TV.

Bedroom 4 is also located here, with its own shower and sink.
Bedrooms 5, 6, and 7 share a spacious bathroom. The separate toilet for the upper floor is located in the hallway.

In the garden in front of the house, we built the terrace for breakfast or any other meal, of course, again featuring two long wooden tables. Next to the house, there is a second terrace with a view over the park-like garden. Situated slightly lower down is the pool terrace with beautiful lounge beds and the saltwater pool (9 x 4), an endless pool type , with the same view and sun to the very last blade of grass! This has turned out sooooo beautifully!

A small path next to the swimming pool leads to a field where laundry can be hung and where you, as an adult or with the kids, can enjoy the panoramic view while sitting under the tree.

Oh yes, there is a beautiful petanque court in the front garden ; in the evening sun with a glass of pastis, the French picture is complete!
