Welcome to LOFT – Powered by Lieu, a beautifully converted wine barn offering 300 m² of stylish living space in the charming village of Villedaigne, in the Aude department of southern France.

Created by owners Roger Lindelauf and Micky Eussen, LOFT opened in 2018 as their first luxury group holiday home. Once a traditional wine barn where farmers delivered freshly harvested grapes, the building has been transformed into an exceptional holiday retreat. Large arched windows now replace the original agricultural gates, flooding the interiors with natural light, while magnificent exposed timber beams preserve its historic character.

Accommodating up to 12 guests in six bedrooms, LOFT is ideal for family holidays, groups of friends, reunions, small corporate retreats and special occasions.

Beautiful Outdoor Living – Heated Pool & Terraces

LOFT features a wonderful private courtyard designed for enjoying the Mediterranean sunshine and relaxed outdoor living.

Large French doors open onto a secure, heated saltwater swimming pool (8 × 4 metres) with comfortable sun loungers, a luxurious outdoor lounge, barbecue facilities and a spacious dining terrace with seating for 12 guests.

A large roof terrace provides a second lounge area with attractive views across the rooftops of Villedaigne.

In the evenings, atmospheric lighting beneath the oversized thatched parasol and among the olive trees creates a magical setting for alfresco dining and relaxing with friends.

Stylish Interiors & Spacious Living Areas

Inside, LOFT combines original timber beams, polished concrete floors and impressive arched windows with a carefully chosen mix of contemporary design, vintage furnishings and decorative touches.

The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for group catering, with six induction cooking zones, a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and breakfast bar.

An adjoining four-metre dining table seats 12 guests, making it ideal for family meals and celebrations.

Two separate living areas provide plenty of room to relax. One features comfortable sofas, a large 165 cm Smart TV and a library, while the second offers additional lounge seating and a pool table.

For added relaxation, guests can enjoy a private infrared sauna.

Six Comfortable Bedrooms & Three Bathrooms

LOFT accommodates up to 12 guests in six individually furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms.

Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), Smart TV and private washbasin. Selected bedrooms can be arranged with single beds upon request.

The property features three bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, one also including a bathtub, together with three separate toilets.

A baby cot and high chair are available for families with young children.

Rental Rates & Booking Information

Low & Shoulder Season

27 March – 3 July and 28 August – 13 November

• Up to 12 guests: €2,900 per week

• Up to 8 guests: €2,600 per week

• Short stays available in April, May, October and November.

• Minimum stay: 3 nights at €485 per night, excluding cleaning.

High Season

3 July – 28 August

• Up to 12 guests: €4,100 per week

• Mid- and high-season rentals run Saturday to Saturday.

Additional Charges

• Final cleaning: €300 per stay

• Tourist tax: €1.15 per adult, per night

• Optional services may incur additional charges.
