Lot et Garonne Holiday Cottage Rental with Private Garden, France / Le Chene
Pascale and Eric the new owners of the “Domaine Le Vignal”, will be delighted to welcome you, during your holidays in the Lot et Garonne region.
After having lived in different regions of France, including eight years near Toulouse, Pascale and Eric have decided a professional reconversion and have chosen to settle in this beautiful region of the south west of France.
Your hosts, Pascale and Eric will welcome you, on their eight acre-park, in a pleasant and quiet environment, in their fully renovated cottages, having preserved the charm of the old and authentic style, and will make their most to ensure your well-being during your stay.
You will find 8 gites and a guest room, on an eight-hectare park. Each cottage is fully independent with a private garden. A 9th gite is also available nearby. All the gites have been designed in order to guarantee adequate privacy.
They offer a lofty groundfloor plan kitchen/dining and sitting area and a downstairs toilet. All the kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, gashob, large refrigerator/freezer, toaster and coffeemaker. In addition, each gite benefits from a private terrace and garden with individual garden furniture and BBQ. In the bed-rooms are pillows and quilts provided. You can either bring your own sheets or rent them (€10 p.p.)
You can also make use of the free WiFi internet.
Our accomodations are classified with 3 stars (French classification).
LE CHENE - Situated on the east-side of the barn, with private terrace.
Ground floor: lofty living-room with sitting-area, kitchen/diner.
Seperate toilet.
First floor; landing leading to 2 bedrooms, first bedroom with one double bed (160×200). Second bedroom with one single bed and a bunk bed.
Bathroom with shower and a washbasin.
Second separate toilet.
Prices per week with 1-5 persons

Rent-sheets €15 pp, your bed is made by arrival
Baby-kit: € 20 per week (chair and bed)

Wifi network accessible broadband in the houses and in the park.
A secured swimming-pool (14 meters x 7 meters) flowing from shallow to deep, terraces with sunbeds and parasols.
Openning hours : 10AM to 8PM.
The children will find a play-ground with climbing frames, swings, seesaw and a large trampoline. The recreation area offers a table-tennis, pétanque pitch, mini-foot and a pool-table.
In the spacious main foyer you will find a TV and a library-closet.
All information about the area and various local activities can be obtained from the reception desk.
Delivery every morning from fresh bread and pastries in the cottages. We accept pets on the Domain.
For your laundry there is a laundry-room with 2 washing machines (free of charge) and ironing facilities.
