Antique 4 bedroom Limousin Holiday home in Alleyrat, France Reviews

We stayed here for our daughters wedding in Aubusson and it was a brilliant choice for us. We did have 10 staying for part of the time and there was plenty of space.

The house is on 3 floors. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground and second floor. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor which has a set of stone steps to an entrance on this floor. There is a decked area with seating on the first floor with u interrupted views of the countryside. You can also enter the property on the ground floor at both ends. Each pair of bedrooms has a shared bathroom.

Outside you have a private garden area with badminton, 2 barbecues and plenty of seating. We had a BBQ for 18 easily. There is also table tennis in an out building.

The owners live in a next door house and were very good at anticipating our needs but were not intrusive. Lots of big cooking utensils if you are 10 and 2 fridges gives useful storage space.

There are books and leaflets on the area with some walks.
