An exceptionally well equipped property ideally located to local shops and the beach. Most suitable location for; cycling (5 different circuits plus a cycle path by the coast accessed from the Rue Jean Moulin), swimming of a safe lifeguard attended beach which also caters for sailing and surfing. The property has safe storage for the car and all sporting equipment in an independent locked garage and gated forecourt. No difficulty in recommending this very clean and tidy holiday rental for use by young families to older families interesting in outdoor activities, or indeed group individuals.
