Good stay for a first stay but comfort improvements to be expected
The house is very pretty, well located, quiet (despite the proximity of the neighborhood) and with a beautiful view from the terrace. The house is spacious and air-conditioned; which is a real plus. Washing machine available. Equipped kitchen but to renovate. Spacious rooms but bedding to replace + add more storage.

Swimming pool of good size and secured by alarm. Clean maintenance and regular and discreet visits by the pool specialist. Terrace to be restored (joints, stair steps). Spacious parking space + covered part. Friendly welcome and owner always available. Planned arrival kit,

which is very practical (toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, etc.) Perhaps a small explanatory binder is missing with the instructions, the wifi code, the surrounding shops, visits, activities, etc.
