Very large, spacious holiday house situated in a small Hamlet of Montpellier De Medillan, Near Royan/Saintes, France. Beautifully restored to a very high standard, adjacent to our Maison de Maitre.
The property is set amongst sunflowers, vineyards and only a short drive to beautiful beaches and towns. It is over 300 years old, located in a small, quiet, hamlet. It has a lot of character and charm with original beams, stone walls, large fireplaces, wooden floors which is combined with all the necessary mod cons to make your stay here a comfortable one. (A non smoking house)
ACCOMMODATION:
Upstairs includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.
Downstairs includes the entrance hall with coat and luggage storage, a large lounge, large separate dining room, study (bedroom on request for those with limited mobility) and a beautiful, spacious kitchen which is equipped to a high standard with large dining table.
Separate Utility room and a shower room & toilet. Leading from the kitchen is the terrace with table, chairs & pergola.
Spacious garden with beautiful, 10 x 5m, inground heated Swimming Pool. Plenty of parking space in the grounds.

Booking Notes:
To reserve the house a Booking Form and Terms & Conditions Contract will be forwarded to you by email, both should be printed off, signed and returned with a 20%, non returnable deposit straight away. Full payment of the balance should be received at least 8 weeks before the arrival date along with a security/breakage deposit of £250 which is refundable once all checks have been made and within 2 weeks of departure. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday (occasionally Thursdays on request and if suitable with owners) . We welcome guests after 4:30pm and departures by 09.30 prompt, please. Guests are required to please leave the property completely cleaned, tidy and as they found it, thank you.
