Our large holiday cottage is located in the heart of the mountains and a the spa town of Bagneres de Luchon. The property is near the market, set in a large nineteenth century house. It has been fully restored in 2019 to accommodate 15 people in the total comfort.
Set back from the street, on the old road of the famous Col de Peyresourde, the house has a flower garden with trees overlooking a large terrace and an outdoor kitchen.
Our 7 bedrooms welcome you in a spacious and warm space. 3 bedrooms have two beds or a large bed, on request.
This large, comfortable holiday cottage offers many facilities. Including; a sports room, relaxation room, sauna, table football, pinball and many others, for the comfort of its guests.
As we want to satisfy groups of friends or families with various needs, we have arranged a ski or bicycle room with the possibility of recharging the batteries of the bikes on site. The garden also has a sheltered recharge for electric vehicles. The marquee will also protect your motorcycles and up to 2 cars, the main driveway can accommodate up to 2 additional unsheltered cars. The street and a large quiet parking lot complete this arrangement near the house.
Common areas, as well as one bedroom have been restored to accommodate the disabled (visual, hearing or mental).
Of course, your animals are also welcome and can enjoy the fully enclosed garden (on request).
To avoid any problem with COVID-19, we bought an ozone generator that destroy any bacteria, virus (coronavirus too), etc. We use it after each cleaning in the whole house.

Illixo cottage is located in a magnificent spa town, in the foothills of the central Pyrenees and its high peaks, renowned ski runs, a few kilometers from the Spanish border.

Luchon
Luchon is a very old town, one of the 1st French ski station. Very green, with its parks and gardens scattered between beautiful alleys or typical narrow streets, it offers the possibility of practicing both adventure and sliding sports, as well as a simple relaxation in peaceful and charming places, in the town or in the mountains.
Its cable car gives access to the Superbagnères ski station in summer and winter.
Other amenities also provide access to the Peyragudes ski station.
Culturally rich and dynamic, with its Museum of Popular Arts and Traditions of the “Pays de Luchon”, the museum of Aeronautics, guided tours of old Luchon and the valley …, the city has great surprises in store for visitors. Over 600 events are held throughout the year.
Whether you come from the valley or from Spain, you will find some nuggets worthy of interest along the way, such as the authentic medieval village of Saint-Bertrand de Comminges, a hundred kilometers from Toulouse and thirty of Luchon or the city of Vielha in Spain which delights lovers of Spanish culture.
