Two family-friendly gites with gardens and a big pool, ideal for a larger family to take together. Domaine de Gigan is located 4km from the nearest village of Tombeboeuf, where you will find a bakery, a butcher, a local shop, a pharmacy, and a restaurant.

GROUND FLOOR
There is an open living room and kitchen with a luxury stove (AGA 6: 4).
The kitchen has a table for up to 12 people.
The kitchen has a dishwasher / fridge / freezer / cooking pots and pans. Crockery such as glasses / mugs / plates / cutlery provided. There is a kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
The living room has several seats. TV with DVD player + DVDs, books, and a cozy fireplace.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with private bathroom with private toilet and a heated towel rail. Each bedroom has a fan and a mosquito window.
Through the kitchen you can go to the terrace, where there is a table for 10 people and a stone BBQ.
TOP FLOOR
Here is a second living room with games for the children. The children have their own corner upstairs and the parents can find peace and quiet on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. The beds can be put together or apart (please let us know in advance).
There is a child lock on the windows. Each bedroom has a fan and a mosquito window.
There is a large bathroom with bath + two sinks + shower separately.is available throughout the gîte.
Baby equipment available if necessary (please inform in advance).
Read a book, watch a DVD, play a board game, play outdoor games such as ping pong, badminton, ... Make your holiday an unforgettable time with your family / friends.
It is possible to rent the small gîte (Sleeping 4 people) together with the big one.

The Lot River is a 15-minute drive from the gites, where you can rent canoes and summer boats in Castelmoron-sur-Lot. Perhaps, visit the Dordogne and Garonne rivers which are also nearby.
Heading north, you'll find Bergerac, the fabulous wine region with many other lovely attractions. You can sign up for a wine tasting where you'll learn about the region, the vineyards, and the wines.
Many daytime markets are held in various villages and towns. For those who prefer a more relaxed approach, there are also evening markets in July and August.
Explore the nearby caves and soak up some culture in some wonderful castles.

We ask for an advance of 30%. This is paid immediately upon booking.
Guarantee of €500 must be paid on the day of arrival.
This will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after departure.

Our gîtes are non-smoking.
Check-in time from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am (please notify if this differs from the hours).
