Gite Les Fleurs is a cosy and modern property set across one level 3 kms from Saint Sylvestre, Haute-Vienne. Although rural, it's only 25 minutes to Limoges city and the airport. 10 minutes from the Motorway and 8 km from town with all facilities. Grandmont itself is an area rich in culture and history and the commune is built upon the ruins of the abbey of Grandmont, a place visited over the years by many royals.
It is one of the few unique places in France to offer everything.

This charming gite comprises two double bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and diner, plus lounge and modern bathroom. 
Entry leads to a bright and spacious, recently fitted, modern kitchen diner with electric oven and gas hob, combined fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. Fully equipped with everything you should need for a long-term stay (coffee machine, pots, pans, crockery etc.)

There is a modern bathroom with built-in shower, toilet, and wash-basin plus heated towel rail.

The lounge/salon has two large sofas, English and French satellite TV and DVD player. Efficient electric radiator.

There are two comfortable bedrooms each with a double bed, clothes hanging space and efficient electric radiators.
