This former farmhouse dating from 1764 originally consisted of three basic dwellings, a barn and a barn. Patiently renovated since the late 80's by Bruno's dad in the purest local style (stone basement of the country, fir siding, slate roof of Morzine), it now enjoys a privileged location.

Indeed, the village of Ardent, 1200m above sea level, formerly a step on the way to the alpine pasture, combines the opening of the gondola in 1985, the comfort of the foot of the slopes (with direct access to the fabulous ski areas Avoriaz and Portes du Soleil) and the authenticity of the mountain hamlet.
