Dans un beau chalet de montagne, Annick et Bruno Burnoud offrent pour vos vacances 4 appartements de tailles différentes pour satisfaire toutes vos envies: au rez-de-chaussée, un studio pour 2 personnes et deux appartements pour 4 personnes et à l'étage un grand appartement pour 8 personnes.
Cette ancienne ferme datant de 1764 se composait initialement de trois logements de base, une grange et une grange. Patiemment rénové depuis la fin des années 80 par le père de Bruno dans le plus pur style local (sous-sol en pierre du pays, bardage sapin, toiture en ardoise de Morzine), il bénéficie aujourd'hui d'une situation privilégiée.
En effet, le village de Ardent, 1200m d'altitude, autrefois une étape sur le chemin de l'alpage, combine l'ouverture de la télécabine en 1985, le confort du pied des pistes (avec accès direct aux fabuleux domaines de ski d'Avoriaz et Portes du Soleil) et l'authenticité du hameau de montagne.
La proximité du lac de Montriond, le célèbre village de chèvres Lindarets et des sentiers de randonnée et apaisantes garantissent tout le charme de l'été.
Mais pourquoi ce nom « La Dombes » loin d'être généralement Chablais?
La Dombes (et non « la » petite erreur ...) est une région naturelle de l'Ain célèbre pour ses étangs et sa gastronomie, où est originaire Annick ... Un peu de nostalgie pour le pays!

Ardent is a hamlet of the village of Montriond but the Commune being vast, 6 km separates it from the Chef-Lieu where you will find shops and services ( postal agency, ATM, etc.) and the reception desk of the Tourist Office.
On site in Ardent, you have a restaurant, two ski shops (offering discounts to our tenants), free shuttles Ardent-Montriond-Morzine and bread delivery on order.
Montriond, village resort and sports resort, is an entrance to the Portes du Soleil. Neighbor of Morzine, it is located at:
- 30 km from Thonon-les-Bains and Cluses railway stations (bus connection)
- 60 km from Geneva-Cointrin airport (bus connection)
- 80 km from Annecy and from Chamonix
To come to Montriond by road, several possibilities are available to you:
- By the A40 motorway from Bourg-en-Bresse, exit at Annemasse (n ° 14)
Follow Bonne on Menoge, Saint-Jeoire, Taninges, Les Gets then Morzine
or Follow Thonon-les-bains then Morzine
- By the A40 motorway from Bourg-en-Bresse, exit Cluses-Scionzier

Once in Montriond, you join Ardent taking the direction of the Lake. You walk along the lake to its end and then follow the left road that climbs Ardent-Les Lindarets. 200 meters after the tunnel, turn right to enter Ardent. The chalet Les Dombes is on your right!
