Welcome to Gîte Petit Bois! We have recently refurbished our beautiful stone gîte and we are delighted to tell you that it is now available for holiday rentals.
Gîte Petit Bois is located beside the river Aveyron and is just 2 km east of the famous medieval market town Saint Antonin Noble Val.
The stunning surrounding countryside and gorge offers a range of activities for you to enjoy during your stay, including walking, running and bike trails, kayaking and the famous Sunday market in Saint Antonin Noble Val.
The gîte can accommodate up to 6 people, it is light and spacious with a cosy feel. There is a sunny terrace with a bbq and the swimming pool with stunning views of the gorge is just behind the gîte. The gîte has it’s own access through a private gate with parking for 4 cars.

Gîte Petit Bois is located in the Tarn et Garonne area of France. It is situated just north of the river Aveyron, 2km east of Saint Antonin Noble Val. It is also a short drive from the stunning hillside town of Cordes-sur-Ciel and the gothic city of Albi with it’s famous Sainte Cecile cathedral. There are also lots of beautiful neighbouring villages such as Caylus, Feneyrols, Cazals to name just a few.

Gite Petit Bois is an easy one hour drive north of Toulouse Blagnac Airport which is served by easyJet, British Airways and Ryanair.
Carcassonne is roughly 2 hours away and Bordeaux is a little further afield, 2 hours 40 minutes.

Special Rental Conditions
Non refundable deposit of 25% of total to be paid to confirm your booking.
The remainder must be paid in full 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of arriving, then please make a full payment for your rental.
There is also a £130, (150€), damage deposit which will be returned to you in full when you leave the gite assuming no damage. The damage deposit will be taken into account when calculating your deposit.
You will need to pay the deposit when you make the final payment 8 weeks before your arrival.
