On the ground floor there is a living room with exposed stone walls and beams, a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the south-facing terrace. There is also a toilet and a bathroom with shower. An area is reserved for documentation about the region.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with 140x190 beds and a bathroom with toilet.
An unheated games room is available with lots of games, table football, billiards and toys for children.
At your disposal is a private parking space and a 500 m² enclosed garden with trees and views of the countryside and Mont Saint-Michel. There is also a terrace with barbecues, a table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers.
Due to its central location between Normandy and Brittany, there are many tourist towns to discover.
Avranches, with its botanical garden and scriptorium; Granville, with its aquarium, the Dior museum and its port for crossings to the Chausey Islands.
Jullouville and its long sandy beach. Villedieu and its bells and brass instruments. Cancale, a small port and seafood restaurants. Saint Malo, a pirate town with its legendary ramparts. Dinard and its magnificent villas, Dinan, Rue Jerzual and magnificent medieval houses, Fougères and its medieval castle.
Not forgetting Mont Saint Michel and its magnificent abbey.
