Placed within a beautiful garden setting, our cottages at  La Metairie are perfect for family holidays. They are situated in Morbihan, Southern Brittany, just 25 minutes from Carnac and Trinité sur Mer's sandy beaches, and two miles from Pluvigner. The ideal location allows you to explore this Celtic province at your own pace.

Each of our four, child friendly, south facing accommodations are available for rental year round and can accommodate up to a total of 22 guests, plus 4 babies.
Guests can enjoy our heated pool and large gardens. There are play areas for the kids including a trampoline, jungle gym and a play hut.

La Metairie & Cottages comprise modern kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, and pleasant living areas equipped with TVs and DVD players. Each cottage provides a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Outdoor amenities include private patios, BBQs, designated play areas, a heated swimming pool (open May to September), and various recreational options like football, table tennis, and trampoline. Ideal for young families, La Metairie also provides baby/toddler equipment and a selection of children's toys, DVDs, and books.

Orchard Cottage - 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4

One of 4 delightful cottages here at La Metairie we take pride in the quality of our holiday homes to offer our guests the perfect getaway, whether it's a family holiday or a short romantic break come and enjoy the relaxed and friendly environment that we have created. This wonderful cottage will offer its guests a spacious living area equipped with a wood burning fire, T.V. with Basic English Satellite channels, DVD player. A Well equipped kitchen with dining area that includes a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Sleeping up to 4 guests, there is a total of 2 bedrooms both of which can be found on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed with the second bedroom having twin beds in. There is a family bathroom on the first floor which includes a bath with over head shower, toilet and wash basin. Both a cot and high chair are available on request.

Outside you can enjoy your own private patio or garden area equipped with garden furniture and BBQ. Perfect for young families, there is also large garden areas and secure designated play areas set away from the drive and the cars. With its modern swings and slides, a tree house, a 'school' house with blackboard and play kitchen there is plenty to keep the children entertained. The shared heated swimming pool is securely fenced with key accessed and has a fantastic and well equipped sun terrace, great for relaxing with a good book or just sunbathing.

The nearest town to the the cottage is Pluvigner, situated approximately two miles south of La Metairie our guest will find a great selection of traditional shops. The wonderful market square is home to a number of cafes, bars and banks and newsagents. You will also find high quality restaurants and creperies all within easy reach. medical services such as a doctor and dentist scan also be found in Pluvigner and Camors. The nearest hospital is in Auray which is about a fifteen minute drive away. We do recommend our guests have access to a car so you can explore the surrounding area, the fantastic beaches of Carnac are around a 30 minute drive away.
