This charming and traditional gite is located just 4km from Boulogne-sur-mer and can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms. It was an old water mill and has been converted and reformed into a large new cottage.
The gite is close to all amenities and provides easy access to the sea, which is just 2km away. Shops and activities are just 1km away. The property is welcoming and comfortable (200 m2).
This country cottage is isolated near a waterfall, a hiking trail and a river. The property is situated on private land and features terraces, offers parking and has disabled access.
Gîte Moulin Du Denacre comprises:
On the ground floor: 1 office with TV + 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom + wc , laundry room, kitchen, living room with fireplace.
On the first floor: 1 room (1 double bed), 1 room (twin beds 160 X190), 1 bathroom with shower + 1 toilet, 1 separate toilet, 1 room (single bed).
On the second floor: 1 big room (3 single beds).
Sheets, towels, linens provided. A cleaning service is also available. Tourist tax 1 € / night / adult to pay on arrival. Internet connection fee € 10 / stay.
Arrival day of your preference, except December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st.
