Chalet Fiz - A Peaceful, Comfortable Chalet with Wonderful Gardens in Les Houches, Near Chamonix

Chalet Fiz is a lovely mountain getaway but the lift stations and bright lights of Les Houches and Chamonix are very close.

Newly renovated charming chalet in the peaceful and romantic village of Vaudagne in the commune of Les Houches. Only five minutes drive from the shops, restaurants and ski lifts of Les Houches but the setting is rural, very pretty and tranquil in both summer and winter.

Chalet Fiz now boasts three spacious double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, a high spec kitchen, 6 man hot tub and beautiful Italian garden.

This smart and well appointed chalet is very warm and welcoming in winter with the huge wood burner and you can watch the snow fall through the triple folding doors at one end of the lounge. These can be completely opened up in summer with access onto the large new terrace, outdoor hot tub and the wonderful garden.

One of the best features of this chalet is the totally private 2000 sq meter Italian style planted garden at the back with a small stream running through it. A lovely setting both summer and winter. 

From the front balcony and living area you also have great views of the Fiz mountain range, hence the name Chalet Fiz.

This charming chalet provides 3 spacious bedrooms all with very comfortable double beds and plenty of storage for clothes. Quality linen and towels are provided. The chalet can sleep up to 8 people as 2 single beds can be added to the largest top floor bedroom. 

There are 2 bathrooms offering 1 bath and 2 separate showers. The main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are now very stylish after a full renovation. The whole of the ground floor of the chalet has underfloor heating.

The living area is well appointed and comfortable with WiFi, Bluetooth stereo system, UK satellite and French TV. There is a large comfortable sofa and extendable dining table with seating for 8.

The centre piece of the living area is the huge wood burner that keeps the whole house warm and welcoming. Wood is provided at no extra cost.

Summer or winter Chalet Fiz offers a very peaceful and pretty location along with high standard accommodation.

The neighbourhood is tranquil with lovely views and surroundings, a quiet road and easy access to the forest trails for walking or biking.
