Wonderful Alpine Holiday Chateau with Comfortable Apartment-Suites in Alpe d`Huez, Oz en Oisans

Welcome to our traditional Manor house near Alpe d’Huez in the heart of the Oisans region and the French Alps. The original 400 year old house has been renovated over the years and is now a comfortable mix of traditional style and modern comfort. Being the largest house in the village, it is called Le Château. 

Le Château d'Oz has stylish and comfortable apartment-suites which can be let out individually or in any combination. 

During the Winter months, we offer fully catered ski holidays for 14-20 with accommodation in large self-contained private suites. The suites typically consist of a separate bedroom with an adjoining sitting room and a large bathroom. The skiing in Alpe d’Huez is fantastic. There are great facilities for both beginners and experts. 

In the summer we can sleep 28 comfortably and up to 34 for either self-catering or half board holiday or bed and breakfast.
Accomodation is in 7 self-contained apartment-suites for up to 4 people. The apartment-suites are offered with all modern conveniences, a kitchen and linen. They have plenty of space for storage. 

Outside there is a large, 2000 sq m garden with furniture and an eating/sitting area around a big barbecue. There is also a full size boules/petanque court. Each apartment-suite is self-contained and there is an additional sitting room for guests to use. This has a library of books and magazines as well as a large flat screen HDTV. There is a Blue Ray player and a region free DVD player as well as satellite TV. Free broadband WiFi is available. A games room has table football/babyfoot and table tennis.

There is secure bike storage and an area for maintainence and cleaning.

Access by car is easy all year around and each apartment suite comes with a free car parking space. Fully catered holidays are offered all year round.

With the great cols of Glandon, Croix de Fer, and Galibier it is a superb location for any cycling enthusiast. There is also lots of relaxed cycling for families and days out, touring or even watching the world famous Tour de France. Guests will enjoy walking in Les Ecrins National Park, the Plateau d’Emparis and exploring the wonderful mountain scenery. Walkers have Several GR routes cross the area.
