Brittany Holiday Rental Cottages near Pontrieux - The Cottage
The hamlet of Crec’h Mordo is set in the tranquil Brittany countryside, just 1.5km from the Medieval town of Pontrieux and from only 20 minutes from the Pink Granite and Goelo coastlines with their beautiful beaches and harbour towns. The town and its port offer a wide selection of restaurants, shopping facilities and a weekly market.
We have two adjoining cottages available for rent, a one bedroom cottage and a two bedroom Longere. These lovely properties are located in 3 acres of private grounds. Both properties have been renovated to a high standard and are fully equipped with kitchen / dining area and a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove and central heating. Each cottage boasts WIFI internet connection, English and French television channels, DVD and CD players, Bed linen, towels and tea towels, Patio furniture and barbecue. Guests are invited to use the extensive gardens and woodland area surrounding the cottages. There is a marked badminton area and equipment. In addition, there is a selection of bikes for adults and children available.
THE COTTAGE: Renovated to a very high standard, the one bedroom cottage offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 4 persons.
On the Ground floor, the cottage has a large well equipped kitchen and dining area seating 4 people. The patio doors lead to the south facing terrace overlooking the gardens and the north facing balcony area leading to the courtyard. The sitting room has retained many of its original features including a granite fireplace with bread oven and original beams. It includes WIFI Internet connection, English TV channels, CD and DVD players, two comfortable chairs, tables and large free-standing electric heater.
On the first Floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with dual aspect dormer windows. It is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side tables, lamps, chairs and electric wall mounted heater.
Outside: Terrace with tables, chairs, barbecue and parasol.
