A one-week stay in the beautiful Cottage. The whole place is wonderfully and tastefully restored and lies amid tranquil grounds. Lovely breakfasts with plenty of home-made delights, delicious five-course dinners, and above all, charming and friendly hosts in Philippe and Isabelle. . My wife wasn’t too well and confined to our room on our last day. An unexpected lunchtime knock on the door brought Philippe with two steaming bowls of soup. That sums up their wonderful hospitality.
Warm welcome. Superb home, calm and relaxing. Excellent bedding and a homemade (excellent) and generous breakfast. We wholeheartedly recommend this bed and breakfast. A great place!
Perfection in Brittany
Perhaps the most perfect place I've ever stayed. Isabelle and Philip poured their heart and soul into this idyllic estate, and it shows. We stayed in one of two private buildings, but were able to see all the rooms and there are NO bad options. NO detail was overlooked - the decor, the linens, the light fixtures, the gardens (oh the gardens!), and the spectacular breakfasts. Beyond that, they are extremely knowledgeable about the entire region, ready to offer suggestions, books, brochures, etc. IT was the launching pad for our explorations of Plougrescant, the island of Bréhat, Lezardrieux, Paimpol, and the medieval sites along the Côtes d'Armor. The atmosphere they created is truly special. I can't wait to return.
A great pleasure
Everything about this manor is absolutely perfect. The hosts are warm and friendly. The whole experience was a great pleasure for us.

The +: absolutely everything
The -: absolutely nothing
A very kind welcome, a couple who took great care of us in a magnificent environment. The room was large and very beautiful, the bedding excellent. Everything is designed for your comfort. The breakfast was very delicious, everything is homemade with very personal attention for each person.
We were very touched by this lovely encounter and these shared moments.
We hope to come back especially since the region is magnificent 😍
This is a beautiful property, quiet and peaceful and tastefully furnished. We received a warm welcome from our host, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large and spacious, with high-quality linens and a comfortable bed. We slept so well! The owners obviously work very hard to maintain this beautiful house.
We highly recommend and would love to return. Thank you for your hospitality.
Comfortable and quiet. Lovely hosts who were really helpful. Great breakfasts and table d’hote dinner on the terrace.
A delightful stay in Le Cottage, which was comfortable and well equipped, with its own terrace. Isabelle and Philippe are marvellous hosts, friendly but not intrusive. They have done a fabulous job converting the building, and a fifth room is the next project. Isabelle’s Table d’hôte is of an exceptionally high standard, and includes apéro, wine and a digestif. Ingredients all locally sourced. Close to brilliant walks, and we recommend the château de Roche-Jagu for the setting and gardens. We can’t recommend Keroaz Maner highly enough.
Beautifully restored property, surrounded by rose filled gardens, with delightful hosts who were ready with leaflets and recommendations of things to do and see in the area, places to eat, and even warning of local roadworks affecting our route. Isobelle clearly enjoys receiving guests and providing meals of high quality. Eating is around a large communal table, with Phillipe acting as maitre d’, and leading discussion on the days visits. Our room was large and very comfortable , also very quiet and very clean.
It was a pleasure to be at Kergroaz Manor! The room „Nature“ is really beautiful. It has been furnished with great aesthetic sensibility; everything is modern and extremely well maintained. The hosts welcomed us with great warmth and hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Kergroaz Manor!
