The property centres around an open plan living area with plenty of space for living and dining and an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all of the other utensils you may require for your holiday. Plenty of natural light, ventilation and views over the swimming pool to the countryside beyond, will ensure you really get the refreshment you need.
Both bedrooms look into the village. The main bedroom has an en-suite and a side door opening out onto a little terrace for two. The second room has two twin beds (which can be put together as a double), and a separate shower room / wc.
The living area leads out onto a terrace at the front (or at the back, depending on your perspective!) with a table, chairs and BBQ for enjoying the long summer days. The garden (fenced for the little ones) leads onto the heated pool, shared with the other four properties in l’Hammeau.
The changing season brings views of wheat-fields, sunflowers and corn-fields with plenty of walks and bike rides. With all of the other facilities at Longeveau only a couple minutes stroll away, the Cerisier is the perfect location to unwind and relax.
Bar / Clubhouse
Stop for a morning coffee, perhaps after an early morning swim in our heated pool, or a post golf cool down with an ice cold beer and some big screen sport. Alternatively, catch up with your friends or find some respite with your book/Kindle/ipad! Our clubhouse bar at Longeveau offers wonderful views across the tennis courts, golf course and open countryside. It is an eclectic mix of rustic French pub and contemporary bar, a special find in the rural Charente!
We offer a great selection of wines and drinks to suit all tastes and ages. Visitors can enjoy their food and drink from the comfort of a sofa or sit on the bar’s veranda and terraced areas with an enviable vantage point over the grounds. Most major sporting events can be viewed on the bar's TV. We sometimes run special nights through the year with the best local bands and musicians playing, wine tasting nights, quizzes and more. Please pop into the bar or get in touch for further details.
Restaurant
Our restaurant opens seasonally offering a selection of local dishes, served in the Manoir or on our west facing terrace. Other options available throughout the season include pizzas and a fish & chips van! In high and peak season our weekly BBQ nights guests unwind and children serve themselves at their own children's bar, get tucked into the fancy dress box and challenge the oldies to a game of football on the tennis courts!
Lunch box style kiddie hampers are available daily and there is a selection of organic baby foods for younger guests, as well as the option to have mini versions of menu items or select from the children's menu. We supply high chairs and ‘colouring in’ to keep everyone happy.
We offer a daily delivery of fresh bread and viennoiseries (breakfast pastries) for collection from the our clubhouse every morning from 08h30.

Le Manoir de Longeveau provides the perfect setting for a game of tennis. We have three all-weather tennis courts, two of them floodlit, attractively landscaped into the sloping ground below the clubhouse. The courts are open throughout the year and the tennis can be as serious or relaxed as you wish.
