Lancieux the town is a seaside village on the Brittany coast in the heart of the Emerald Coast.
The common history begins around the year 500, with the landing of St. SEOC on the coasts Breton hermit and disciple of Saint-Brieuc. He built his first monastery, which he remains to this day no archaeological evidence. His disappearance dates back to the tenth century, following the Viking invasions, in favor of the Benedictine Abbey of St Jacut.
By the fifteenth century, the town is divided between three lords and the abbey of St Jacut. The latter builds are under Fran�ois 1st mill Buglais, the oldest monument Lancieux, and the dike to the monks.
Beach tourism is implanted in Lancieux in 1880. The city now lives mainly in the sector. It offers visitors many sites to discover. Of these, the beaches of St Sieu and Briantais, historic roads, the old bell tower or the village.
The city also has recreational and sports facilities, as well as bars and restaurants where you can sample local specialties while enjoying a friendly atmosphere on the Brittany coast.

Near the beach, and 5 mins drive sites of Dinard, St Briac, Saint Malo

Housing

Ground floor consusts of, large living room with 2 sofa beds, 1 kitchen equipped, 1 bedroom (currently requisitioned by my children playroom, but can on request or on the number of people that would come to you, be reassigned in the room) or kept games room, 1 bathroom with tub, double sink, washing machine and dryer.

On the 1st floor: 2 double bedrooms, 1 children's bedroom (2 * 2 bunk beds in pirate hut!) , 1 bathroom with tub and double sinks.

THE GARDEN: 1700m� with veranda (heated!)2 terrace including 1 of more than 80m�, plancha, BBQ and 4 cabins (2 techniques) and 2 for children. 1 to open the sky to patrol! and the second ... The surprise is, trampoline, archery and the chance to explore

Access for passengers.

The house is accessible to people with reduced mobility. On request a room on the ground floor can be set up.

To go to the beach which is you can take our bikes (2 adults + 2 children) or your car. It's pretty easy to park.
