Gîtes de Kerham comprises of 4 self catering holiday homes in Trederez-Locquemeau, near Lannion, Perros-Guirec in the Brittany region of France. The gites are set in an old character building and all properties have all been tastefully renovated and enjoy separate entrances. The setting is lovely, quiet and perfectly situated just 400 m from the sea, near the custom trails on the most beautiful virgin cliffs of Brittany, making it fantastic for hiking! We are just 3 minutes from the port and beaches, and only 12 km from Lannion, located between Perros-Guirec and Locquirec.

Our 2 bedroom house has been completely renovated and is full of charm and character, ideal for 4/5 people. The gite boasts 2 terraces with 2 loungers, sun recliners and barbecue. The Brittany holiday home is 1.5 km from shops, school, the small fishing port of Locquémeau and beaches, and just 12kms from Lannion, between Perros-Guirec and Locquirec.

Ground floor: Open plan kitchen equipped (hotplates + oven + dishwasher + fridge freezer + microwave), living room with dining room (fireplace with stove) + TV, bathroom with toilet (washing machine).

First Floor: Loggia + toilet, 1 bedroom (bed 160) + baby, 2 bedroom (2 beds 90) bed, new bedding. Other features include: baby equipment, electric heating. Terrace, yard, garden and private parking. Pets allowed only on request.
