Located halfway between Paris and Lyon, our gîte is easily accessible for all members of the group, without too much road for anyone.

With its 200 m², 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen equipped with a cooking range and utensils designed for large tables, it offers the space and comfort expected of a real group accommodation.

The surface area of ​​​​200m2 and its 5 bedrooms , makes our cottage very comfortable! Everyone finds their place there: Teenagers love playing billiards , the outdoor fitness area, darts, air hockey games and ping-pong . Children like to discover the farm and tractors or even play football  in the garden! Cooks will love the 30m2 of this beautiful kitchen with its old-fashioned decor and its magnificent cooking range which allows you to prepare gourmet dishes for family or friendly gatherings. The latter is equipped with an XXL fridge. In the living room, a large table allows for a quality convivial meal after an aperitif taken on the comfortable sofas . Our cottage in the Morvan is an ideal place to bring together a family or friends. Its location in the center of France is halfway between Paris and Lyon.

The living room is comfortable and the large dining room is ideal for your meals with family or friends.
This atypical kitchen "The butcher's shop of yesteryear" will take you back in time! 
Finally, discover this magnificent stone bathroom with its wonderful old cast iron bathtub, shower. A second bathroom will be open beyond 6 people.

First of all, the first “angel room” with its 140×190 bed.

Then, the second bedroom “Cotton club” contains a 140×190 bed and a baby bed.

Then the third bedroom “Boudoir” is one of the largest, with its 160×190 bed and a trundle bed: an adult bed 90×190 and a bed in a drawer 90×190 for a child. 

Then the fourth “galaxy room” is the second largest and is equipped with a 140×190 bed, a 90×190 bed and a billiard/air hockey table, a wooden dollhouse as well as some toys for children.

Finally, the "room of a thousand nights" and its two twin beds that can be pushed together (90X190). It is equipped with a desk and a few toys.

For socializing, our cottage is equipped with a pool table/shuffleboard, a ping-pong table, and a fitness terrace, overlooking the fields and forest.
Finally, a few extras: a library, tourist guides, private parking that can accommodate several vehicles, numerous board games, and darts.

The icing on the cake is the large garden and its terrace shaded at all hours by the Burgundy vines, equipped with a barbecue, hammocks in fine weather and a football goal.

Come and get away from it all in this superb, tastefully decorated kitchen that will take you to another era.
