Beautiful holiday gite set in the small village of Pillac, in the South Charente, at the gates of Périgord. Located 40 km south of Angoulême, 45 Minutes from St Emilion, 1h30 from Bordeaux.
140 m² - Gite with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 2 large living rooms, including a very pleasantly restored dining room. A central table that can comfortably accommodate 12 people.
There is a secure private swimming pool (fenced to standards), an outdoor barbecue and garden furniture.
2 double beds - 4 single beds - 1 sofa bed - 2 baby cots.

Many possibilities for nearby outings. Beach on the banks of the Dronne in the remarkable village of Aubeterre / Dronne 6km away. Enclosed land of 1000 m².
Possible visit of the owners' organic farm. Evenings "baking in the traditional bread oven" on request. "Fishing competition" outing for children on request.
Price for one week (7 nights) from Saturday to Saturday only: 2200 € TTC all costs included (end of stay cleaning, tourist taxes)
Price for two weeks (14 nights ) from Saturday to Saturday only: 4000 € TTC all costs included (end of stay cleaning, tourist taxes).
