Wonderful Wellness Hotel in Ile d'Ouessant, a mythical island located on the edge of Brittany

Newly built hotel designed to melt into the surroundings as much as possible. It comprises two main buildings, joined by verandas and surrounded by a garden with paths. Spa & gym available. The spa has an indoor swimming pool, or down by the ocean you’ll find a sauna and a current pool with a deck for sunbathing.

A short hop by plane or a slightly longer boat ride depending on the tides will deliver you to this rugged place of peace and unspoilt nature. Big windows take in the stunning views; you can hang out in the guest sitting room, read a book or catch up on some work – WiFi is strong.

Choose between an apartment (with kitchen), a suite or a standard double room either on the ground or first floor. Find clean, sober lines, natural materials, lots of pale wood and those gorgeous views, either over the gardens or the bay.

Meals are served in the dining room and are as local and organic as possible, including produce from the gardens.

Our establishment welcomes you for dinner, by reservation only, 24 hours in advance.
Fresh, seasonal, vegetarian cuisine, made exclusively from organic products.
Seafood products are regularly offered as a supplement, but do not constitute the basis of our diet.
Our menu evolves daily based on the inspiration of the chef and our producers.
Single formula: starter – main course – dessert at €45/person
If the menu includes fish as a main course, a supplement of €5 may be applied.

“Detox” and “therapeutic fasting” stays:
Treat yourself to a beneficial break: join us for a treatment, far from stress and hustle and bustle, to offer your body and mind the conditions conducive to their regeneration.

You can choose our "detox" program which emphasizes seasonal fruits and vegetables while limiting fats and simple carbohydrates or for the more daring, you can indulge in a week of therapeutic fasting in order to live a unique experience, a source of ultimate calm and regeneration.

I will personally support you in your approach, with 25 years of medical experience and 10 years of regular youth.

The days will be punctuated by hikes on the coastal path, muscle strengthening and yoga sessions, time devoted to meditation and discussions focused on your perceptions and feelings.

The remaining time will be devoted to your rest and recovery.

The center's facilities will complete your sense of well-being: heated swimming pool, swim spa and sauna facing the ocean, music lounge.

Body and facial care:
Cedrine, our spa practitioner, in partnership with Thalion, creator of Breton marine cosmetics based on algae, invites you to relax.
She has created a treatment menu for you that will meet all your expectations.

The Area:
Exploring the rugged beauty of this windblown, isolated island, where cars are banned – a lovely adventure on foot or by bicycle.
Making the most of the spa, the gym and other sporting activities on the island

Boats depart from Brest all through the year and from other places in high season

In Ushant, the island's tiny capital, you'll find good places to eat just a five-minute walk away. The hotel is set just back from the sea and a footpath follows the coast all around the island. Walking, paddle boarding, wild swimming and kayaking are popular – there is a kayak rental service nearby and Sophie the owner can take you out if you're unsure about the coastline and rocks.
