This is a spacious home with a 10 metre pool in a very private setting which is fenced for complete privacy. Pets are welcome and there are ample private grounds for them to play on. The house is situated in a lovely village in Epan Villiers
The property comprises:
Three spacious bedrooms each with double beds.
There is a spacious living dining room large 49 inch tv with WiFi
There are two toilets one upstairs and one downstairs.

Kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kitchen table. It is equipped with a walk in pantry, 2 fridges and 1 freezer. Each window has fly screens (plus a bug tent available for use if insects become unbearable) There is also both a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house.
This is a wonderful property for those who enjoy being outdoors. There is a long table at the front of the house that can set 8-10 people and is great for barbecues. Additionally, there is a large table available at the rear of the house, near the swimming pool, which is fabulous for lunches or evenings by the pool. There are no next door neighbours, so music and parties are not an issue!
The garden is beautifully maintained with cherry trees, pear and apple trees in the front and rear of the property. There are also bicycles available for guests to use.
In the nearby area there is much to see and do. There are wonderful forests to walk through, Europes largest Monkey Park nearby plus a lovely Chataue in walking distance.
Lakes are only a drive away driving through historic quaint villages.
Historical Civray is 7km away with markets twice a week. There is great shopping near by Limouge only 45mins away steeped in beautiful country side. A train station is in the village which is great only 2 hours to Paris. It is just one hour to Cognac.
