This charming holiday home is located just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The house is ideally located in the city centre in a quiet street. You can do a lot of things on foot: beach, restaurants, market, shops ... there is a great promenade by the sea just 200m away.
The house has been completely renovated. The living room of 30 m2 opens onto a sunny terrace of 35 m2 (south-west exposure) surrounded by a massive flower and shrub. A games room / TV room for children is located in the attic. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The American kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests might equire during their stay.
There are free parking facilities nearby.
Linen is provided for beds, bathrooms and kitchen.
The coast offers immense sandy beaches, as well as rocks for fishing on foot. Everything is close by including shops, amenities and restaurants.
From Granville, you can visit the Mont-Saint-Michel (45 minutes by car) or take the boat to the islands of Jersey, Guernesey or Chausey (manche-iles-express.com). For children, there is a wonderful animal park just 500 metres away, an aquarium and a zoo; all nearby. For the more active, there are many sporty activities to keep you busy! These include swimming, golf, flying and sailing.
