Les Cygnes Sauvages is a private and exclusive villa set in large terraced gardens.  There are ample terraces to enjoy around the property at all levels fully equpiied with seating, table tennis, sun loungers, sun canopies and BBQ. Parking available within the property for numerous cars.

The villa has been decorated to reflect the local Provencal style. The property can sleep 7. Two of the bedrooms enjoy extra large double beds (one of which opens out onto a terrace). There is a single bed in the third bedroom and the forth bedroom has bunk beds. All have wardrobe and drawer space. The dining room has seating for 8 people and the living room can comfortably accommodate 7. The balcony has soft seating to relax in the shade and also accommodates 8 at the dining table. There is one main bathroom fitted with Shower / Bath / WC / WHB. There is also a separate small room containing a WC.. Outside there is a dining terrace complete with barbecue adjacent to the main house. The large private pool is directly visible from the Villa balcony.

The Villa offers comfortable living with plenty of space to relax both within the house and the extensive twrraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with generous dining space and the option of outside BBQ is also available. Broadband / WIFI  is available together with large smart TV to relax indoors. 

The private pool is large, some 12 x 4 m, perfect to cool down during the hot summer days.

The Villa is located near the village of Tourrettes Sur Loup ( 3k)  and enjoys its position in a picturesque rural setting with panoramic views over the Loup Valley. The area is quiet and private yet close to all amenities. This stunning medieval village of Tourrettes Sur Loup offers impressive restaurants and stunning architecture. The costal towns of Nice, Cannes also within easy reach to visit as are the other well-known coastal resorts. Mountain villages are also within easy reach, Gourdon, a mountain village, is well worth a visit. The Ski Resort of Greolieres Les Neiges is 35 minutes by Car and offers great winter skiing in a fully equipped ski environment and also offers hikes / mountain walks / downhill biking during the summer. For the more adventerous there is canonying / absailing / mountain climbing and paragliding.
