This is a pretty 3 bedroom family villa located in a private domaine 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Valbonne.
The villa has been fully renovated in a contemporary style with high quality fitting and furnishing and is composed on the ground floor of an open plan living and dining area with fully equipped American kitchen, and sliding doors opening onto the terrace that overlooks the garden.
On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that opens onto the terrace. From the living room stairs lead to the first floor that offers another 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, ensuite bathroom and leads onto a large private balcony. The third bedroom is ideal for children as it has two single beds and again an ensuite shower room.
An air-conditioned office space is available and gives direct access to the garden.
From the living areas and the kitchen you step onto a large terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, that leads onto the beautifully maintained garden with flat lawn and a fenced pool (that can be heated)
There is an electrical gate and secured on site parking for 2 cars.
Rental & Booking Information
Villa Pierres Rouges is available all year round from Saturday to Saturday during the high season and for flexible dates at other times of the year. All rates include all linen, towels and pool towels and an end of stay clean. Pool heating is available upon request between April and October at 200 Euros/week.
