This beautiful and luxurious villa offers 180 degree sea views and a spectacular heated swimming pool. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Villa l'Anse aux Moines was renovated in 2017, and is comfortable throughout with modern furnishings, stunning 180 ° sea views, a garden of 1200 m2 landscaped and a wonderful heated 11m x 4m indoor pool with sea view. 
 
The property comprises 4 bedrooms including 3 parental suites, separate WC and a living room facing the sea with direct access to the heated pool (heated to 30°) The rooms are as comfortable as those of a hotel would be! There is also an open kitchen fitted with a central island. The living room comprises 3 sofas, WIFI and a TV. There is a beautiful dining table with seating for up to 10 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in fridge, built-in dishwasher, induction hob, ceiling hood, sink, toaster, coffee makers, blender, plancha, crockery and quality glassware. There are 3 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk beds. 
 
The area is very quiet and there are bike paths that run along the sea in front of the house. There are 10 bicycles available for guests to use. Outside, there is also a barbecue and grill aswell as a 10 seater dining table. 
The villa is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. There is ample storage space.
 
Activities include fishing, walking along the sea front, shops, restaurants and golf. The property is located in the town of Sables d'Olonne, the world capital of Monocoque sailing. It is just 11 km further to Port Bourgenay.
