Bedroom 3: (approx. 35m2). king size bed 180X200 (or 2X90 on request). This room overlooking the staircase offers an intimacy thanks to its layout.

Land: 1.5 hectares planted with trees and Mediterranean plants
Parking : in front of the house, on the property.
Magnificent outdoor terrace (100m2) : partially covered for its dining area. It is a very pleasant place offering views over the countryside. It has a Weber gas barbecue and plancha.
The outdoor lounge invites you for a drink, facing the vineyards.
the pool: located down the house, and surrounded by a natural stone beach. It has deckchairs, umbrellas and garden furniture for an aperitif. You feel very confortable overhere.

The house is located about 4 km from the center of Rognes, in the direction of Lourmarin in Vaucluse. All shops and restaurants in town. Easy access to the highways and to the typical villages to discover in Provence.
