Villa Florence is discretely nestled away on the ridgeway of the village of Alet-les-Bains, its elevated position provides stunning views over one of the prettiest villages in France. This dreamy, timeless village and mountain views can be enjoyed from the veranda, kitchen, lounge and garden.
The Villa is split level and the terraced garden has lots of different spaces to enjoy. The large pool feels secluded with surrounding flowers and trees, whilst positioned to enjoy the sun all day long. Parasols and loungers surround the large pool, the pool terrace has a summer kitchen, facilities and bar area, which are also perfect for outdoor entertaining.
It’s a peaceful retreat with activities, bustling local markets, historical sites, the wonderful landscape of the midi-Pyrenees for cycling and walking. The wine routes and festivals of Limoux, and other local regions and the castle and city vibe of Carcassonne. The Mediterranean beaches are just over an hour away, as is Spain, and Andorra ski centres.

Alet-les-Bains, Aude and in the L’Occitaine region is a small village steeped in history with a medieval Abbaye and Cathedral, thermal mineral springs found by the Romans 2000 years ago, is situated on the river Aude with local activities including canoeing, and is short distance from the wine making region of Limoux, Rennes le Chateaux, and the historic town of Carcassonne.

Payment terms:
All payments to be settled prior to arrival at the Villa.
A non-refundable booking fee of 25% is required on making the booking at the Villa.
The remaining balance is due for payment 28 days prior to arrival at the Villa.
Payment in full is required for bookings where arrival at the Villa is in less than 28 days.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay at the Villa and a refundable deposit will be requested 7 days prior to arrival at the Villa.
